The McLean Group's Franchising Practice Advises Harley-Davidson Dealership Owners on Acquisition Financing
MCLEAN, VA – December 2015 – The Mclean Group provided advisory services on potential acquisitions and acquisition financing to the owners of Harley-Davidson, Inc. Seminole, Space Coast and Falcon Fury dealerships. The McLean Group assisted in arranging the real estate financing for the acquisition of Falcon Fury Harley-Davidson in Georgia.
There are approximately 700 full service Harley Davidson dealerships in the US which are independently owned and operated businesses. The Seminole and Space Coast, Florida-based dealerships are high volume dealerships. The addition of Falcon Fury Harley-Davidson expands the owners’ presence geographically into Georgia.
