Ms. Papas is a Managing Director of The McLean Group and focuses on the firm’s Technology & Telecommunications practice. She has more than 20 years of experience in technology mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including as Vice President of Corporate Development at Texas Instruments (TI) from 2005 – 2013.
At TI she led multiple acquisitions and divestitures with more than $13 billion in transaction value. These include TI’s acquisitions of National Semiconductor for $6.5 billion and the divestiture of the Sensors and Controls business to Bain Capital for $3 billion. She has successfully managed small and large project teams throughout the M&A process, including strategic assessments, valuation analysis, negotiation of agreements, due diligence and integration planning. Ms. Papas’ technology background includes semiconductors, Internet of Things (IoT), wireless devices and software, industrial and automation systems, sensors and controls, educational products, telecom and computer hardware/software.
Ms. Papas holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, and a BA in Psychology from the Johns Hopkins University. She is on the board of the Addison Arbor Foundation.
