The McLean Group Advises Outdoor Living Brands on Its Sale of Mosquito Squad to Authority Brands

MCLEAN, VA – December 11, 2018  Outdoor Living Brands announced that Mosquito Squad has been acquired by Authority Brands, a leading home services franchising platform. The McLean Group’s franchising practice served as the exclusive advisor to Outdoor Living Brands and its portfolio company Mosquito Squad. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2005, and headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, Mosquito Squad delivers pest control solutions for outdoor living environments to meet the family and lifestyle needs of clients. As the inventor of the pest control category and barrier treatment methodology, Mosquito Squad is the category leader with approximately 250 domestic locations in 37 states and Puerto Rico plus international licensees in Kenya and Indonesia.
