The Priceline Group Inc.
(NasdaqGS:PCLN) entered into a
definitive agreement to acquire
OpenTable, Inc. (NasdaqGS:OPEN) for
$2.6 billion in cash on June 13, 2014. The
Boards of Directors of The Priceline
Group and OpenTable have unanimously
approved the transaction, which will be
effected through a tender offer and is
expected to close in the 3rd quarter of
2014, subject to the satisfaction of
customary closing conditions, including
the receipt of regulatory clearance.
Cognitive Match Limited was acquired
by Magnetic Media Online, Inc.
Cognitive Match Limited develops
dynamic creative targeting solutions for
agencies, advertisers, and publishers.
The company provides AdMatch and
SiteMatch products for acquisition and
conversion targeting, and smart
retargeting; and CreativeMaker and
MatchMaker allow for creative design
flexibility and the deployment of
dynamic creative optimization
campaigns.
Genesis Corporation acquired a
majority stake in Infinity Info Systems
Corp. on May 21, 2014. Post
acquisition, both Genesis Corporation
and Infinity Info Systems Corp. will
operate under their existing names.

and delivers customer relationship
management (CRM), business
intelligence, and mobile CRM solutions
for sales and marketing professionals.
