The McLean Group Advises Trowbridge & Trowbridge on Its Sale to Enlightenment Capital

MCLEAN, VA – April 23, 2019 – The McLean Group, a leading investment bank specializing in M&A advisory services, announces that it advised Trowbridge & Trowbridge, LLC on its sale to Enlightenment Capital. Trowbridge is a leading provider of cloud engineering, cybersecurity, IT engineering, application development and network engineering solutions to the federal government and will serve as Enlightenment’s newest platform.

Under the terms of the purchase, the current Trowbridge management team will stay in place, and Cass Panciocco, the company’s COO, will assume the role of President & CEO of Trowbridge. Trowbridge founder Karen Trowbridge will support the company as a strategic advisor and serve on the company’s Board of Directors.
