The Inland Department at DLS Marine provides comprehensive and accurate surveys, performing daily walkaround and post-load inspections on hopper barges and other inland equipment throughout the southern Louisiana region.

New or recent damage identified and the repairs required before a barge is reloaded, with recommendations for any damage found.

Pre-Load Inspections

Comprehensive barge inspections prior to loading, to confirm suitability for the intended cargo.

On and Off Charters

Clear documentation of a vessel’s condition, available every day of the week and as often as needed.

Load-Secure-Trip and Heavy Lift

Certification that cargo is loaded and transported safely and properly.
