In December 2013, LLR Partners, a Philadelphia-based growth equity firm, made a growth capital and recapitalization investment in UltiSat. Terms were not disclosed.
UltiSat, headquartered in Gaithersburg, Maryland, provides managed satellite communications network services to customers operating in remote and austere environments.
