Kimberlee Francis oversees the firm’s financial operations and human resources. Since joining The McLean Group in 2022, she has managed accounting, payroll, and benefits administration.
Before joining the firm, Kimberlee was a Senior Tax Analyst at Block Advisors, advising individuals and small businesses on tax planning and compliance. She previously held retail management roles with ULTA and began her career as an Instructor Airborne Battle Manager in the U.S. Air Force.
Kimberlee holds an MBA from Liberty University, a BS in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and an Accounting Certificate from Liberty University.
