Leidos’ Water and Waste Resource
division. The division’s clients
include municipalities and regional
authorities, private companies,
banks, investors, and law firms.
Louis Berger has an extensive
global water and environment
portfolio. The acquisition will
deepen the Company’s water
practice as well as geographic
presence.
J.F. Lehman & Co acquired
Aeronautical & GI Holdings (AGIH)
and its subsidiaries Aeronautical &
General Instruments and Hoffman
Engineering Corp. AGIH provides
situational awareness and LED
lighting systems for naval vessels,
military and commercial aircraft and
military ground vehicles. Specific
products include naval visual
landing systems, wind and speed
sensor systems, expeditionary
airfield lighting, aircraft and ground
vehicle lights, and night vision test
equipment.
Teledyne Technologies subsidiary,
Teledyne RESON acquired the
assets of Atlas Hydrographic.
Based in Germany, Atlas designs,
manufactures, and integrates
marine sonar systems for mid and
deep water applications. Atlas
specializes in high-performance,
customized, complete
hydrographic survey systems for
civil applications. Their products
include advanced multi-beam echo
sounders and sub-bottom profilers.
