development, program
management, systems integration,
information assurance, and
enterprise architecture services.
Warrior supports ten federal
government projects across the
US, notably the Department of
Veterans Affairs. The acquisition
helps Liberty expand its expertise
in the federal healthcare market.
Versar acquired J.M. Waller
Associates, Inc., a Service
Disabled Veteran Owned Small
Business with more than $30
million in annual revenues for $13
million in cash and a seller note.
J.M. Waller provides environmental
facilities, professional staffing and
logistics consulting services
supporting government, industry,
and commercial clients.
Cold Mountain Capital acquired
Camel Manufacturing. Based in
Tennessee, Camel manufactures
soft-sided, mil-spec shelters and
other related products for the US
Department of Defense and foreign
militaries. The acquisition is part of
Cold Mountain’s drive to diversify
its portfolio with highly engineered
products and markets with large
barriers to entry.
