leader in cybersecurity and
network management solutions for
defense and federal customers.
The acquisition provides immediate
scale to create a single company
positioning itself as a premier high-
tech provider, specializing in big
data analytics, cloud computing,
real-time threat assessment, and
cybersecurity for defense,
intelligence and commercial
markets. The McLean Group
advised NetCentrics in its sale.
USJ-IMECO, a portfolio company
of J.F. Lehman & Co acquired
Joiner Systems, Inc. Joiner
designs, engineers, and
manufactures accommodation
systems for commercial and
government ships. The addition of
Joiner adds a complementary set
of designs, manufacturing and
installation solutions and
capabilities to the USJ-IMECO
platform and strengthens the
company’s presence in Canada.
