Under the terms of the purchase, the current Trowbridge management team will stay in place, and Cass Panciocco, the company’s COO, will assume the role of President & CEO of Trowbridge. Trowbridge founder Karen Trowbridge will support the company as a strategic advisor and serve on the company’s Board of Directors.
