MCLEAN, VA – January 2016 – Clearsoft Inc. was acquired by Battle Resource Management, Inc. (BRMi) to support the firm’s growing capabilities in Agile software development. The McLean Group’s Aerospace, Defense & Government Services (ADG) practice served as the exclusive transaction advisor to Clearsoft. The transaction closed December 31, 2015.
